Celebrate Recovery

Life is difficult. It doesn’t always turn out like we had planned. Sometimes our dreams get shattered. Other times they just get put on hold. Either way, the result can be devastating. It can change our attitude from hope-filled to hopeless. The One who overcame has the power to heal your hurt, your plans, your dreams, and your relationships.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, biblically-based recovery ministry that seeks to celebrate God’s healing and redemptive power in our lives through the 8 Recovery Principles. We invite you to experience change, allow God’s grace to help you solve life’s problems, and allow Him to release you from the hurts, hang-ups and habits that have been holding you back from authentic joy.

Celebrate Recovery (CR) meets every Monday night, 52 weeks a year even when Monday falls on a holiday.

Weekly Schedule

5:15 – 6:00 PM  Lite Bites. Families are encouraged to gather here before going to Large Group. (Donations help to cover the cost.)

5:55 – 6:00 PM Child Care Check-in

6:00 – 7:00 PM Large Group. Adults meet together for a time of worship with the CR band and praise team, then teaching or a testimony. Upon arrival a greeter will hand you a bulletin to help you become acclimated.

7:00 – 8:00 PM Open Share Groups. After large group, adults break into recovery-specific groups and meet others with similar hurts, hang-ups and habits. These groups are gender-specific and meet in separate areas. Locations are printed each week in the bulletin. If you are new to recovery or a guest we invite you to attend our “Newcomers” group.

8:00 PM Child Care Pick-up. Prompt pick-up of children is appreciated.

8:00 – 8:30 PM Connecting Time. This is a time to fellowship with others from your group, have a cup of coffee and enjoy a sweet treat.

While adults explore topics that bring healing and wholeness, kids discover the same truths in age-appropriate ways. Celebration Place helps to lead kids as they make Jesus the enduring, rock-solid foundation of their lives and is designed to inspire kids with hope, joy, and happiness while they learn to rely on God. John Baker, founder of Celebrate Recovery says, “The Celebration Place dream is to put Celebrate Recovery out of business by breaking the cycles of dysfunction in our families.”

Celebration Place is for children birth to 5th grade and meets every Monday night during Celebrate Recovery from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

The Landing is a safe place for students to learn hope-filled truths and real-life strategies for making wise choices in life. It is a place where they can be real, honest, and where they can just be who they are. It’s a fun place with live music, food, games, laughter, and sometimes even tears. The Landing points students to Christ as the One who provides healing for all of life’s hurts and forgiveness to all who seek Him. The Landing meets every Monday night from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Teens can come early for pizza at 5:15 PM.
